Testimonials

I have been a student of ABY for 4 years - first as a personal class student first and then as a TTC student - and it has always been wonderful. There is a consistency in experience across different formats of classes, with all the teachers that reflects clarity and simplicity of belief and principle that Sandeep and Medha personally adhere to. They have established a culture which keeps the experience of the student at the centre without compromising on the basic tenets of discipline and gentle pursuit of excellence - that form the bedrock of yogic philosophy.
