Program Details
Our Yoga Nidra Course consists of two levels. Each of these is self contained and can be done individually!
Level 1: Foundations
Our Level 1 Course is an introduction to the historical and present methodologies of yoga nidra. It gives you an understanding of the mind and its functionalities and also helps you decipher the complex interplay between the mind and body. This course is ideal for someone who is looking to build a personal sadhana of yoga nidra or want to learn the tools necessary to facilitate relaxation and wellbeing.

This course also gives you enables you to craft effective yoga nidra sessions in a therapeutic setting beyond the scope of general wellbeing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I do this course even if I am a beginner in yoga?
You do not need prior experience or practice to start Level 1. You DO NOT need to be a certified Yoga Teacher. However, you will need to complete Level 1 before starting Level 2.
Can I teach Yoga after completing this course?
You will need a RYT-200 to start teaching Yoga. For this look at our Foundational Yoga Teachers Training YTT-200. You can start teaching yoga nidra once you have practiced it enough, though.
I want to do just Level 1. Is that allowed?
Absolutely! Level 1 is a complete course that enables you to understand the foundations of yoga nidra, practice it for yourself and teach it to people for general well-being!
What if I don't want to be a teacher?
This course is designed for those who want to delve deeper into yoga nidra. While the transformative experience of the course will give you a new perspective on the mind and its faculties, it is your choice whether you want to teach!
