They say “sitting-is-the-new-smoking”, and as a result of the pandemic - we’ve all been doing a lot of that recently. Being home-bound and at work all day long hasn’t helped our posture. Whether it’s your lower back or your neck, it’s all a pain in the a**.
Pragya and I have crafted a “Work-From-Home” Sequence specially to release different muscles that stress your body, mind and well-being. So, if you’re a beginner or someone who’s been doing yoga for a while, this is a 31-day challenge to help you feel good, and get started on a regular yoga practice. Download our practice-tracker, practice everyday, fill it up, and send it to us.
This sequence is designed for beginners - those who may not have practiced yoga or done sparingly so. It is designed to work on the specific muscles that either tighten or lose tone due to long hours of sitting. It helps improve blood circulation, build clarity and gives you a good break from the harrowing hours of work!
